I had a great experience with Joseph. He put us at ease and helped relieve tremendous amounts of stress and frustration out of my searching for a new home. Moving from Chicago, I was unfamiliar with the area and had no clue that the housing market in Southern California was on fire in late spring and early summer of 2013. Before connecting with Joseph I was working with another agent and got passed over on several offers we made. Even before being my agent Joseph had helped me get back a deposit from a failed escrow that the seller could have walked away with it because I was unknowingly and mistakenly signed the wrong paper presented to me by my agent.

As our house in Chicago under contracted waiting to close, I had to find a new home quickly in SoCal so that I have a place for the family to move in to. Joseph understood my urgency and was very flexible in accommodating to my needs and schedules. Joseph is a very detail oriented person that knows his profession’s ins and outs. Not only did Joseph do a great job helping us find the perfect house, he also helped make the lending process moved very smoothly by working directly with my loan officer. Joseph is very thorough when writing up an offer and reviewing important documents, which saved us a lot on our interest rate and closing cost. For his attention to details, Joseph and my loan office were able to help us buy down our interest rate by 0.5% less from what I have locked-in when we started the loan documents.
